DeKalb residents can participate in an 11-question survey about DeKalb Police Department services through March 31 at www.dekalbcountyga.gov.

The survey is a requirement of the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies process.

Respondents will answer questions about response times, roadside assistance, traffic citations, and satisfaction with the level of assistance received from the Police Department. The results will be provided to the police chief for use in planning and achieving the goals of the Police Department.

DeKalb CEO Burrell Ellis said public safety continues to be the county’s top priority.

“I encourage all DeKalb residents to take the survey and provide the county with the information we need to plan for the future and preserve the safety of our county.”

Residents can complete the survey anonymously or provide comments and contact information.
