Hidden Hills residents and business owners and neighbors of the 300-acre Stone Mountain community will meet Set. 25 to discuss their vision for the community.
The Hidden Hills Civic Association is creating an overlay district to manage growth. Representatives from DeKalb Planning and Development departments will show different types of development. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. in the Berean Communnity Center, 2440 Young Road in Stone Mountain.
Jan Costello, the group's coordinator, said meeting participants will rank the developments.
"We'll start formulating the architectural covenants and other criteria for the overlay," she said. For more information, call Jan Costello at 770-815-0105.
