Jazz festival booking talent

Performing artists, musicians and singers have until June 5 to apply to be a performer at the third annual Mainstreet Jazz Festival in Stone Mountain this fall.

The Sept. 15 jazz festival celebrates jazz and neo-soul around the pool at the Mainstreet Clubhouse.

Festival organizers are looking for two jazz performers or groups. Performers at the previous festivals included Julie Dexter, Urban Soul, Indigo Sunset and Daysahead.

Applicants should send a biography and promotional CD to Mainstreet Jazz Festival, 5001 Mainstreet Park Drive, Stone Mountain, GA 30088. The items will not be returned.
