Customer service training

For any business, the best customer is the one who keeps coming back and sends their friends. But how you get such a customer and keep him?

Vicki Henson, owner of the Henson Group, will be offering tips to business owners, retailers, customer service managers and service professionals at two customer service seminars on Feb 13 and 15.

Henson says good customer service builds customer loyalty, longevity and profitability. Each seminar will be two-and-a-half hours long. The Feb. 13 seminar starts at 6:30 p.m.; the Feb. 15 seminar will start at 10 a.m. Both will be held in Suite 81 at South DeKalb Mall.
