The Southwest DeKalb Lady Panthers are champions again after winning their sixth consecutive DeKalb Track and Field Championships title on March 26.

The Lady Panthers, who were the defending Class AAAA state champions, built a 25.5 point lead over Dunwoody High School following March 24 field events.

They kept their lead in winning 113.50 to 90 over Dunwoody while Martin Luther King Jr. High School finished third with 82 points while setting two meet records in the relays.
