Delivering good customer service is focus of free DCVB seminar

Business professionals and front line managers who want to deliver good customer service and handle difficult customers can learn some techniques in a free seminar on Nov. 8 from 9 a.m. to noon.

The DeKalb Convention and Visitors Bureau is sponsoring the three-hour seminar in its conference room at 750 Commerce Drive, Decatur.

The seminar will be presented by the University of Georgia. Space is limited and reservations are required. For more information call 404-687-2582.
