Hundreds of residents will "Celebrate and Honor DeKalb Educators" at the 7th annual Heart of South DeKalb Festival taking place Sept. 27 and 28 at the Porter Sanford Performing Arts and Center in Decatur.
The two-day festival, hosted by District 3 Commissioner Larry Johnson will feature dozens of organizations, elected officials, and community leaders. It will highlight and celebrate the impact of DeKalb's educators and school personnel in our community.
