Arts, crafts, clothing, and other vendors and authors can reserve spaces now for the Village Project's 2019 MarketPlace at First Afrikan Church on April 20.

The MarketPlace, which takes place 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the church’s grounds, is in its second year.

Minister Rhonda Jones, one of the coordinators, said the event showcases the goods and services of local black-owned businesses.

Vending spaces are $40 each.

“All vendors are welcome,” Jones said.  “Authors, jewelers, interior design, natural hair and skin, clothing and so on.

"Come out and support our local black-owned businesses.”

First Afrikan Church is at 5197 Salem Road in Stonecrest.
