Oakhurst Medical hosting two health fairs for back to school

Back-to-school screenings include hearing and vision checks. Oakhurst will give a free book bag and school supplies to each child who gets immunized, while supplies last.

Kids 4 to 12 years old can get free immunizations, a book bag and school supplies on July 20 at Oakhurst Medical Center in Stone Mountain.

The Karen Churchill-Hairston Health & Family Fun Day Fair takes place 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The annual event provides free school immunization while supplies last. Parents must bring their children's immunization records.

Every child who gets immunized gets a book bag and school supplies.

There will also be information about nutrition, health, Social Security, skin care and beauty tips, and HIV testing.

Entertainment includes pony rides, a kids jump zone, games and lunch. The Beulah Boys will perform.
